Until now, the only option available to people looking to sell their homes is to use one of the many local estate agents, and to pay anything from 1% to 3% plus V.A.T of the sale price, plus having to pay for your Energy Performance Certificate.

The concept is very easy to understand you pay a £499.00 upfront fee (this figure also includes your EPC) if you already have a EPC in place our fee is £399.00 upfront. If your property is a Lease hold property then we charge an additional £100.00.
